To become a Grass Valley Desktop Solutions channel partner or reseller in South America, you must:
- Be a registered business in the multimedia or video editing industry.
- Work with, sell, service and support multimedia or video editing products.
- Provide full details of your business, including contact information for someone in your organization who can make business decisions.
- Provide a copy of your Business Registration Certificate or equivalent.
You will need to contact the Grass Valley Desktop and Enterprise Solutions (DES) Sales Department at desktop.sales.na@grassvalley.com with the above information. A Channel Sales Manager for your geographic region will contact the person in charge of making business decisions for your company to explain the contracting process.

Many Grass Valley Desktop dealers have showrooms where you can see Grass Valley Desktop products in action. Some Grass Valley Desktop dealers are Solutions specialists, for example, in Broadcast or Education. Grass Valley Desktop dealers are authorized to sell individual Grass Valley Desktop products to end-user customers.
Grass Valley Desktop Solutions distributors provide local sales and logistics support to Grass Valley Desktop dealers.
